5. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q1: What regions are available for the Members-only AZ?

It supports the same global multi-regions as the Free tier (e.g., US East, Europe, Asia Pacific) but operates on independent hardware clusters.

It currently supports Members-only AZ in Japan and Singapore, with additional regions coming soon.

Q2: Does migrating from the Free AZ to the Members-only AZ affect service?

Migration is required! Applications currently deployed in the Free AZ will NOT automatically migrate to the Members-only AZ; users need to perform a manual migration.

Q3: Can I use Free and Paid AZs simultaneously?

Yes! Hobby/Pro users can deploy applications to both types of AZs concurrently, allocating resources as needed. However, for optimal stability, we do not recommend deploying critical business applications to the Free AZ, even for paid users.

Q4: What happens to my applications in the Members-only AZ if my paid plan expires?

After your paid plan expires, your applications and data will be retained for 7 days. However, you will lose access to the Members-only AZ Console and will need to reactivate a paid plan to regain access. Note: If a Pro plan expires, you can still maintain access to the Members-only AZ by subscribing to a Hobby plan.
